Palmer Ranch Community Center

Thursday Dec 20, 2018
On December 19, 2018, the Board of Trustees of Palmer Ranch Master Property Owners Association, Inc. held a special meeting. At that meeting, after a lengthy discussion of several factors, including the square foot cost of construction of buildings in Sarasota County, Florida, which has rapidly escalated during the period of time it has taken to obtain approval from Sarasota County to construct a community center and has produced a cost of construction far in excess of the cost originally approved by the Board, the Board voted unanimously to discontinue any further efforts to construct a community center.
